Services of Loteraise \n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-506babf elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"506babf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li>Loteraise provides an online platform for organizing and facilitating lotteries, raffles, giveaways, and related campaigns.<\/li><li>In principle, Loteraise acts solely as a technical and administrative facilitator and not as the legal organizer of a game of chance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li><li>Loteraise can provide support with:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li><p>online ticket sales;<\/p><\/li><li><p>QR code systems;<\/p><\/li><li><p>payment processing;<\/p><\/li><li><p>draws;<\/p><\/li><li><p>game rules;<\/p><\/li><li><p>licensing processes;<\/p><\/li><li><p>communication and promotion.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-28bcc3e e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"28bcc3e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4daaf27 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4daaf27\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 4. Responsibilities of the Organizer \n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-17754fc elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"17754fc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li><p>The Organizer remains responsible at all times for:<\/p><ul><li><p>compliance with laws and regulations;<\/p><\/li><li><p>obtaining any necessary permits;<\/p><\/li><li><p>correct communication towards participants;<\/p><\/li><li><p>the delivery of prizes;<\/p><\/li><li><p>tax obligations;<\/p><\/li><li><p>the content of campaigns and promotions.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p>The Organizer guarantees that all information provided is accurate and complete.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The Organizer indemnifies Loteraise against third-party claims arising from the organized promotion.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d4a07a1 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"d4a07a1\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-58dea36 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"58dea36\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 5. Use of the Platform \n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-79398c0 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"79398c0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li>It is not permitted to use the platform for:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li><p>illegal activities;<\/p><\/li><li><p>misleading campaigns;<\/p><\/li><li><p>fraud;<\/p><\/li><li><p>activities in violation of Dutch law.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p>Loteraise may block or remove accounts or campaigns in the event of abuse or violation of these terms.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-08c5bc6 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"08c5bc6\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4dec2de elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4dec2de\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 6. Payments and Rates \n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b4639d5 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b4639d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li><p>Setup fees, subscription fees, transaction fees, or revenue-dependent fees may apply for the use of the platform.<\/p><\/li><li><p>All amounts are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.<\/p><\/li><li><p>In the event of late payment, Loteraise may:<\/p><ul><li><p>charge statutory interest;<\/p><\/li><li><p>charge collection costs;<\/p><\/li><li><p>suspend services.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8fcd95d e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"8fcd95d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1387be9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1387be9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 7. Payouts \n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-971748b elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"971748b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li>Payouts are processed via the payment provider chosen by the Organizer or via a payment solution offered by Loteraise.<\/li><li>Loteraise is not liable for delays or errors caused by payment providers or banks.<\/li><li>Loteraise may temporarily block payouts in case of suspected fraud, violation of legislation, or requests from regulatory authorities.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0220ea7 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"0220ea7\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eea6143 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"eea6143\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 8.
