Integrating a free ticket into a raffle or commercial lottery
Whether you are a company or an association, offering a raffle or commercial lottery with free entry provides many advantages. We explain exactly what it entails and how you can easily set it up.
What is a free ticket in a raffle or commercial lottery?
A free ticket gives participants the opportunity to enter a raffle or commercial lottery without paying for it. It is therefore an extra benefit for participants: they stand a chance to win a prize in a draw — a physical prize, a place on a leaderboard, or another tangible or intangible reward — without any associated costs.
What is the purpose of a free ticket?
- 🆓 Participants stand a chance to win a prize without a financial barrier
- ⚖ Everyone participates on an equal footing with other participants
- 🏢 Suitable for companies wishing to organize a commercial lottery
- 🎲 Ideal for organizing an accessible and fun game during your events
Is it complicated to set up a free ticket?
Not at all! Through Loteraise, you can set up a free ticket for your raffle or commercial lottery in a simple manner. After you have created your raffle or lottery for free on Loteraise, only two settings are required:
- ✅ Set the ticket price to “free ticket”
- ✅ Activate the options “1 ticket per purchase” and “1 purchase per participant”
For the participant, it is just as simple: with one click, they confirm their participation, after which a confirmation appears on the screen and a confirmation email is automatically sent. Then, it is just a matter of waiting for the draw!
Demo: try the free ticket function yourself
Curious about how it works? We have created a demo raffle that allows you to view the page layout of a raffle or commercial lottery and go through the participation process yourself.
Please note: there are no real prizes to be won; this is purely for illustrative purposes.
